Hi, I’m Lauren, thanks for stopping by. The one with the big cheesy grin is me, the other two are my mini me’s, actually they’re more like mini versions of my husband Matt, but nevertheless. I’m from the UK originally, so please excuse my spelling!
I was drawn to photography because quite simply I absolutely love taking photos. A photo has the ability to freeze special moments in people’s lives. Enabling you to look back with fond memories. I honestly believe there is nothing better than being able to capture these moments in time for you. I also just really love weddings of every kind, such happy occasions, with great food, dancing and lovely people, what’s not to like?!
I’m a wedding, elopement and family photographer based in Canmore, Alberta, but I absolutely love to travel. My photography style is relaxed and focused on capturing your special moments as they unfold. I specialize in a documentary approach, documenting your day as it naturally progresses.
On your wedding day, I like to be an extra pair of hands, one with lots of wedding experience and expertise, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stress-free. Whether you’re having an elopement wedding or a large wedding with all your friends and family, I’m there for it all. I’ll climb mountains in the night to capture the most amazing sunrise, hold your dress, laugh with you (maybe even cry with you too), entertain children & capture the most incredible photographs. My goal is to help make your day the best day ever.
I am a member of both Fearless Photographers and Canadian Wedding Photographers. I have also received awards with the Guild of Photographers.

More than anything I want you to have fun, laugh & have wonderful photographs that tell a story of all those incredible times in your life.
Happily married, with two lovely (most of the time) children. I enjoy family time, the outdoors, travelling, good meals out & cocktails with friends. I also enjoy dabbling in landscape photography and partaking in photography workshops with likeminded people to enhance my skills. Most often found with a camera in hand, whether working or not! If I’m not taking photos of people, you might find me out and about taking landscape photos. There are so many beautiful spots in Alberta.
