Refund Policy Overview

Our refund policy for bookings lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since booking, we can’t offer you a refund due to expenses incurred.

If you change your mind within the cooling off period, please contact us to arrange for a refund of your deposit.

Your funds will be returned to the account of your choice within 3 working days of being notified of cancellation. 

Returns and refunds are not possible for personalised items such as prints/wall art etc. unless the item is damaged. However, as all items are shipped to Lauren Hollamby Photography for collection, any issues should be picked up and resolved in advance. 

This is due to the personalised nature of the products, which are exempt from the 14 day cooling off period. 


Late or missing payments

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again..

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your money is posted to your account.
